Comprehensive and Flexible Adjustment: Equipped with a high-precision dual-screw adjustment mechanism, the spacing can be quickly adjusted according to the bottle diameter. Whether it’s a 330ml slender bottle or a 2L wide-mouth jar, precise compression and fit are ensured.
Seamless Adhesion Technology: Utilizing a high-density, environmentally friendly sponge pressure belt, which is highly elastic and wear-resistant, it provides sufficient pressure while ensuring no scratching of the bottle surface, completely eliminating bubbles and wrinkles.
Industrial-Grade Stable Transmission: The core components utilize a multi-roller tension adjustment mechanism, coupled with servo-driven label feeding, ensuring constant tension of the label during high-speed operation, with a labeling error controlled within ±1mm.
Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction: Equipped with an intelligent touchscreen control center, it features automatic fault diagnosis and real-time counting functions, making operation intuitive and simple, greatly reducing reliance on skilled technicians and significantly lowering manual adjustment costs.

Features

Featuring a multi-station rotary turntable design, the bottles rotate during operation, ensuring that the labels wrap tightly and completely around the bottle body. This design is particularly suitable for high-speed continuous labeling of round bottles.

The blue wear-resistant star wheel ensures that bottles maintain precise spacing even at high speeds, preventing bottle collisions or misaligned labeling, resulting in smoother operation.

The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum alloy, making it corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and compliant with food hygiene standards.

Adjustable Bottle Pressing Head: The pneumatic bottle pressing device allows for quick pressure adjustment based on bottle height, ensuring the bottle remains stable during labeling and preventing damage to the bottle cap.
Modular Changeover: For different bottle sizes (such as 500ml and 1.5L), only a few mold components (such as star wheels and guide plates) need to be replaced, allowing for changeover within 20 minutes.
