TKPACK’s automatic linear PE film packaging machine is designed specifically for packaging production lines of products such as beer, beverages, purified water, fruit juices, and dairy products.With full automatic functions of bottle transfer and arrange, membrane packing, sealing and cut, shrinkage, cooling and shaping, etc. Using advanced constant temperature membrane heat binding technology in the world with clear and secure seal. The quick seal cooling structure guarantee that the seal has a higher strength even if under high speed production condition. Adopt with PLC automatic program circulation control with stable and reliable performance. The inductive switch controls the membrane transfer system to reliably adjust and control the membrane transfer length with less loss. All the transfer system is controlled by frequency changing devices. With stable and smooth transfer speed. Unique thermal passage with 2 sets of centrifugal thermal air circulation system that has an equal heat distribution with beautiful and secure shrinkage effect.

Utilizing a classic linear feeding design, this system ensures that bottles maintain a stable center of gravity during high-speed movement. This structure effectively reduces the risk of PET bottles tipping over on high-speed production lines compared to side-feeding systems. Precision Bottle Feeding: The multi-lane divider prevents bottle jams and ensures perfect alignment for 4×6, 3×4, or 2×3 configurations. The conveyor base uses high-strength polymer modular belts, which possess excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties, ensuring constant friction at the bottom of the bottle groups during sorting, resulting in smooth and quiet operation.

Reinforced carbon steel powder-coated frame: The support arms are made of high-quality carbon steel plates with a thickness of 8mm-10mm, and the surface is treated with anti-rust powder coating. This ensures stable support for large-diameter PE film rolls, preventing machine vibration and displacement during high-speed operation.
Stainless steel film guide roller assembly: All rollers in contact with the film are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the surface is finely polished. This not only prevents rust and contamination but also minimizes friction, effectively preventing film scratching or stretching deformation.

Utilizing high-temperature resistant and non-stick cutting blade technology, each seal is tight and aesthetically pleasing, preventing burning or breakage, and ensuring your bottled water remains securely packaged during transportation. The bottom conveyor belt uses a high-strength modular mesh belt, which features temperature resistance, wear resistance, and tensile strength. Even with long-term use in a humid beverage production environment, it will not stretch or break.
