TKPACK Machinery’s DCGF series carbonated soft drink filling machine utilizes bottle neck clamping and conveying technology to achieve fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping. It is suitable for filling carbonated beverages into plastic bottles and capping them with plastic caps. The machine casing and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance and ease of cleaning.

1. The DCGF series carbonated beverage filling machine adopts bottle neck clamping and conveying technology, achieving fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping.
2. Equipped with a precise CO2 pressure control system, ensuring a consistently stable liquid level.

Features

Food-grade materials guarantee: All parts of the machine that come into contact with the filling solution are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. This material has excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring a safe and hygienic production process that fully complies with international food safety standards.
Extremely high space utilization: The scientifically and rationally designed structure effectively combines three major functions within a single frame, significantly reducing the footprint of the production line.
Efficient and stable production: Using plastic guide wheels (instead of traditional stainless steel) to guide glass bottles, it maintains high-speed synchronous transmission while completely eliminating the risk of bottle breakage caused by hard contact, resulting in smoother production operation.

180° Inverted Spray Cleaning: Soft bottle clamps are used at the point where the mechanical gripper contacts the glass bottle neck to prevent damage to the bottle opening. The gripper then grasps the bottle neck and inverts it, and the nozzle is positioned to spray high-pressure water into the bottle opening, ensuring the inside of the bottle is clean and free of residual liquid.
Plastic Guide Wheel Protection: The bottle entry point uses custom-made blue engineering plastic guide wheels. This material is more resilient than stainless steel and effectively cushions collisions between bottles, preventing glass bottles from breaking or being scratched.

Bottom-up lifting technology: Unlike conventional plastic bottle hanging systems, this mechanism lifts the bottle from the bottom using a track cam, ensuring a tight seal between the bottle opening and the filling valve. The filling tube then extends into the bottle, allowing for smooth liquid filling under equal pressure, effectively suppressing foam generation.
Extreme mirror polishing: Every internal component of the filling valve is mirror-polished, and combined with 304 stainless steel material, achieves over 98% residue-free operation with no hygienic blind spots, ensuring thorough cleaning during product changeovers.

Flexible Positioning and Transmission: The bottom uses a blue plastic star wheel to provide stable support and flexible guidance for glass bottles during high-speed sealing, preventing damage to the bottle body from rigid contact.
High-Precision Sealing: The capping head structure is precisely engineered to ensure excellent sealing performance, capable of withstanding the internal pressure of carbonated beverages and preventing product leakage.
