The TKPACK BFC 3-in-1 combiblock is an integrated system that combines PET bottle rotary blowing, food liquid filling, and screw capping. It is developed and designed independently based on the introduction, digestion, and absorption of advanced foreign technologies, and according to the filling process requirements for beverages such as mineral water and purified water in China. It is a PET bottle water line filling machine with a leading domestic level. On the basis of previous filling machines, it has been improved and directly connected to the bottle blowing machine, avoiding bottle wear caused by empty bottle transportation, reducing bottle weight, and saving costs.

PET Rotary Blow Moulding Machine

Structural characteristics The frame chassis is low, which is an integral structure, and after welding and forming, it is tempered to avoid deformation. Avoid oil and foreign objects falling into the bottom of the rack, which is conducive to hygienic cleaning. At the same time, due to the low center of gravity of the blow molding machine chassis, the equipment vibration is small, the stability is better, the noise is small, and the service life is long. Advanced control system The high-speed rotary automatic blow molding machine produced by our company adopts a control system composed of advanced man-machine interface, industrial control system (PLC system) and related control, testing and actuator, which is stable and reliable and responds quickly. 3. User-friendly operation interface The operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand, and is used to adjust and control the equipment. There are two modes of production mode and debugging, which can be easily carried out for production and inspection and maintenance. The equipment can be turned on and off heating and time (angle) adjustment can be carried out through the 36 programmable function keys (28 with LEDs) included in the man-machine interface operation panel, and the equipment adopts a fully enclosed mode, and the whole process does not require human contact, so that the product can better meet the hygiene standards required by food, beverage and pharmaceutical packaging. 4. Blow Molding Machine Section The fully automatic rotary blow molding machine is a high-speed two-step blow molding machine successfully developed by our company, incorporating the most advanced international bottle-making technology. The machine mainly consists of an automatic feeding and conveying system (hopper, lifting mechanism, alignment mechanism, and feeding track), a heating furnace, a main blowing machine, an electrical control system, and a pneumatic control system.
Hopper and feeding mechanism The automatic embryo feeding system is adopted, and the top is covered to effectively avoid dust falling, and the buffer preform bucket is used to avoid bumps and bruises on the preform, reducing the risk of leakage of the final product. Store a certain amount of preforms through the hopper to ensure the continuity of production; The conveyor belt in the hopper lifts the preform to the billet softening mechanism so that the preforms are neatly arranged, and the preforms enter the heating furnace equipment of the blowing machine along the feeding track. Heating furnace The preforms entered into the equipment through the whole row are conveyed to each blank holder through the guide turntable, and after the blank seat obtains the preform, it is sent to the heating furnace for heating in turn. The heating furnace heats the preform through an infrared lamp, and each section of the infrared lamp can be adjusted independently. The bottom fan of the heating furnace conducts heat circulation to make the temperature inside the furnace uniform. The heating control of the infrared lamp is closed-loop control, after setting the furnace temperature and billet temperature, the computer automatically monitors to ensure that the temperature fluctuates within the set value, avoiding the fluctuation of the temperature difference between the day and the evening weather and affecting the production.

2-in-1 Filling/Capping Machine

The bottles are blown through the blowing system and then conveyed to the 2-in-1 filling machine, which is divided into appropriate spacing and transferred to the filling machine through the bottle feeding wheel assembly. The bottles entering the filling machine are held by the lifting cylinder hanging the bottle mouth, rising under the action of the lifting cylinder, overcoming the action of the filling valve spring, opening the filling valve, and starting to fill; After filling, the bottle descends from the mouth under the action of the cam. The filled bottles are transferred to the capping machine by a ferry. The bottle mouth rinse device is set at the transition wheel to rinse the material that may remain at the bottle mouth thread, and then enter the capping machine, and the anti-spin knife on the capping machine is stuck in the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation.
