Describe

This CGF series Washing-Filling-Capping Three-In-One Filling Machine is used for the production of bottled mineral water, Pure water, and other non-carbonated beverages in PET bottles. This 3 in 1 water filling machine completes all processes including bottle rinsing, filling, and capping, reducing material loss and external contact time, thereby improving hygiene, production capacity, and economic efficiency.
Thanks to the new micro-pressure filling method, the filling operation is faster and more stable. Therefore, the machine’s output and efficiency are higher than other equipment of the same specifications.
The machine uses an advanced Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic control. The bottle conveying chain uses a frequency converter for speed control and works in coordination with the main machine’s frequency converter, ensuring smooth and reliable bottle transport.
Because each component of the machine uses photoelectric detection, operation is convenient and the degree of automation is high. Furthermore, the filling section of the machine can also be replaced with a low-vacuum filling method.

Features

Washing Part

1. Spring clips are used in the bottle washing process, allowing empty bottles to be rotated 180 degrees on the conveyor track for two rounds of internal and external cleaning, resulting in high washing efficiency. 2. The bottle rinsing machine uses our company’s unique flip-type double bottle clamp. The clamp grips the bottle neck, and the clamp material is SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and durability. 3. The bottle clamp is equipped with high-efficiency nozzles, and the 15-degree angle of the water spray ensures that all corners of the bottle are cleaned, while also saving water.

Filling Part

1.304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling nozzle. 2.Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after filling. 3.All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean. 4.304/316 stainless steel filling pump.

Capping Part

1.Screw cap adopts the capping technology introduced from France, the cap manager chooses low position installation and horizontal feed cap. 2.Magnetic torque control applies uniform sealing force (tolerance of ±0.5Nm), preventing leaks while avoiding cap damage with a 0.1% defect rate.
