It precisely cuts roll labels, applies them to the bottle body, and then uses heat shrinking to ensure the label perfectly conforms to the bottle’s curves. Features

Utilizing a high-precision bottle-separating screw, the system ensures uniform spacing between bottles on the conveyor belt, enabling precise labeling. The screw is made of wear-resistant material that does not damage the bottles. Equipped with an emergency stop button and safety warnings, it complies with international safety standards.

Large-diameter constant-tension unwinding reel supports large-capacity label rolls, reducing the frequency of label changes. Servo motor-driven label conveying system offers extremely fast response speed. Combined with multiple tension adjustment rollers, it ensures smooth label feeding and precise cutting position.

The label is cut and fitted onto the bottle body, then quickly flattened and height-aligned by the bottom brush wheel/positioning wheel. The mechanical structure is flexible and adjustable, adapting to different bottle heights and diameters, ensuring the label remains stable and does not shift before entering the shrink tunnel.

It utilizes a Siemens touchscreen intelligent control system with an intuitive interface and multi-language support. It provides real-time monitoring of operating parameters and features automatic fault diagnosis and alarm functions. One-touch parameter adjustment greatly reduces the operational difficulty for workers.

The final step after label application involves using high temperature (steam or electric heating) to uniformly shrink the label, making it tightly adhere to the bottle. A constant temperature control system and multi-stage hot air/steam nozzle design ensure that the label surface is smooth, wrinkle-free, and does not shrink excessively, perfectly showcasing the aesthetic appeal of the packaging.
