TKPACK Machinery’s DCGF series Can Filling Machine utilizes bottle neck clamping and conveying technology to achieve fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping. It is suitable for filling carbonated beverages into plastic bottles and capping them with plastic caps. The machine casing and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance and ease of cleaning.

1. The DCGF series Can Filling Machine adopts bottle neck clamping and conveying technology, achieving fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping.
2. Equipped with a precise CO2 pressure control system, ensuring a consistently stable liquid level.
3. Multiple alarm devices are installed to detect bottle blockage, missing bottles, broken bottles, missing caps, and overload, ensuring production quality.

6. Changing bottle types is convenient and quick; only the star wheel needs to be replaced, without adjusting the machine height. The suspended transmission device facilitates maintenance and repair.
7. The machine casing and parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance and easy cleaning.
8. The main motor is controlled by a frequency converter and features a production output display function, facilitating control and adjustment of production volume.

98% zero-residue design: Thanks to the polishing technology and 304 food-grade stainless steel material, internal material residue is extremely low, making the CIP cleaning process more thorough and time-saving.

Intelligent Automatic Lid Application: Equipped with an automatic lid application machine, it precisely positions and aligns the lids, ensuring no inverted or misaligned lids during capping/sealing.
Tight Sealing Process: The sealing head features a precise structure, combined with flexible support from below, ensuring perfect sealing for every can and effectively locking in the internal carbon dioxide pressure.
All Stainless Steel Protection: The lid application system and sealing mechanism are made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain, fully complying with hygienic production standards.
