Utilizing a high-precision linear filling mechanism, this system features multiple filling heads operating simultaneously. A unique bottle neck clamping and positioning system ensures the container remains stable and does not wobble during high-volume filling. Designed specifically for 5-gallon water bottles, it combines high speed and high precision, making it a core component of modern water bottling plants.

Technical Features: Each filling head is independently controlled by a pneumatic shut-off valve, ensuring precise filling levels. The piping system is precisely polished, eliminating any sanitary dead zones.

Considering the significant weight of a 5-gallon bucket filled with water, the transmission system utilizes a specially reinforced stainless steel chain. The sprockets engage precisely, driving the bucket carrier smoothly and steadily, effectively solving the practical problems of large buckets shaking or getting stuck during the conveying process.

The flushing pressure inside and outside the barrel is monitored in real time. In the 5-gallon production process, the flushing pressure directly determines whether the inside of the barrel is thoroughly cleaned. By observing the gauge readings, it is possible to determine whether the water pump is working properly or if there is any nozzle blockage. If the pressure is insufficient, adjustments can be made promptly to ensure that every empty barrel is thoroughly flushed with high-pressure water before filling.

Durable design: The oil-filled, shock-resistant gauge ensures that the pointer does not fluctuate violently even with frequent starting and stopping of the water pump and pipe vibrations, resulting in more accurate readings.

The machine’s base integrates a multi-stage rinsing system. The water tank features a compartmentalized design, and a booster pump is used to spray water onto both the inside and outside of the empty barrels in multiple cycles. The piping is simple and direct, facilitating regular drainage and cleaning of sediment from the water tank, ensuring reliable water quality for barrel washing.
