LS-A4L-5L Automatic blow molding machine

LS-A4-5L fully automatic PET stretch blow molding machine is specially used to blow disposable water bottles, oil bottles of various shapes from 2L to 7L. It is a high production machine designed for larger volume disposable water and oil bottles. The variable distance transmission design and single group circulation heating system make the preform heating center distance smaller, heating efficiency faster, and saves more than 30% energy than traditional machines.

Q2: What is your machine warranty? A2: We provide 1 Year Warranty and 1 Year spare parts. Q3: What about the quality of your equipment? From the design of the equipment to the processing of the main parts and the preparation before shipment we carry out very strict quality control on each equipment .We passed CE certification and conduct 100% FQC to ensure the provision of flawless equipment. Q4: Can you put my brand name (logo)on these equipment? A4: Yes! We provide professional OEM & ODM services.and customize machines according to customer production needs. We will send skilled engineers to abroad your site, to install the machine, running and training until your operators manage to run the machine. Q6. How can I inspect the machine? You could fly to China and we will pick you up in the nearby airport(Shanghai or Hangzhou) to our factory to do inspection. Or you will consider to let us do pre-shipment inspection to take running video and pack photos. Q7: How will you delivery my machine to me? A7: Our equipment is large in size and weight, so we will use economical transportation methods such as sea transportation, land transportation, and sea-land combined transportation according to customer requirements. Q8: How long do you need to prepare my equipment ? A8: Manufacturing will be arranged within 3 working days after the drawing is confirmed; semi-automatic machine manufacturing takes 18 days and automatic machine manufacturing takes 30 days. Q9: What is your terms of payment? A9: 100% L/C at sight , Western Union,Credit Card, etc. 30% T/T as deposit ,the balance 70% before shipment or against B/L Q10: Are your recruiting overseas sales agents? A10: Yes!
