Q1: What is the information of your company?
A1: Taizhou Huangyan LONES Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2014. We are a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in the design, manufacturing,sale and after-sale training of fully automatic bottle making machines, high speed variable pitch bottle blowing machines,bottle molds and auxiliary machine. We also provide one-stop solutions for a range of products, including PET preform molds and plastic cover molds. We are constantly updating our processing equipment, improving processing precision, and optimizing machine design. All of our equipment meets international quality standards and is greatly appreciated around the world.
LONES continuous efforts focusing on customer needs and implementing solutions that make production processes efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. After years of development, LONES’ headquarters (Taizhou factory) now has a 1500m² production, assembly, and debugging workshop, and its branch factory (Zhangjiagang factory – Suzhou Thank Pack Machine Co., Ltd.) has a 2000m² A-Z turnkey projects connection testing, inspection, and training workshop.
Q2: What is your machine warranty?
A2: We provide 1 Year Warranty and 1 Year spare parts.
Q3: What about the quality of your equipment?
A3: We have strong excellent team that focuses on product development and design, quality control and inspection.
From the design of the equipment to the processing of the main parts and the preparation before shipment we carry out very strict quality control on each equipment .We passed CE certification and conduct 100% FQC to ensure the provision of flawless equipment.
Q4: Can you put my brand name (logo)on these equipment?
A4: Yes! We provide professional OEM & ODM services.and customize machines according to customer production needs.
Q5: Do you provide installation and training services for the machines?
A5: Yes! We provide door to door service. We will send skilled engineers to abroad your site, to install the machine, running and training until your operators manage to run the machine.
Q6. How can I inspect the machine?
You could fly to China and we will pick you up in the nearby airport(Shanghai or Hangzhou) to our factory to do inspection.
Or you will consider to let us do pre-shipment inspection to take running video and pack photos.
Q7: How will you delivery my machine to me?
A7: Our equipment is large in size and weight, so we will use economical transportation methods such as sea transportation, land transportation, and sea-land combined transportation according to customer requirements.
Q8: How long do you need to prepare my equipment ?
A8: Manufacturing will be arranged within 3 working days after the drawing is confirmed; semi-automatic machine
manufacturing takes 18 days and automatic machine manufacturing takes 30 days.
Q9: What is your terms of payment?
A9: 100% L/C at sight , Western Union,Credit Card, etc.
30% T/T as deposit ,the balance 70% before shipment or against B/L

A10: Yes! We try our best to provide the best prices and services to our respected sales agents.
